Lapérouse Room
Lapérouse
Cruising in the tropics ...
Room DESCRIPTION
The Lapérouse room (25 m² + 8 m² bathroom) is located on the 1st floor. Facing South-East, it benefits from a French window with a view on the stables, the natural swimming pool and the surrounding woods. Its decoration, associated with the South Seas, is dedicated to a local child, Jean François de Galaup, Count of Lapérouse (born 23 August 1741, died in 1788), born at the Château du Gô near to Albi, a naval officer and French explorer. His shades of blue blend with seaside furniture associated with a subtle touch of exoticism of the southern islands.
This room is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bedding with a top-of-the-range mattress in natural latex from Biosense and a duvet as pillows from Fine bedding (made from natural materials). The bathroom, illuminated by a skylight and a small window overlooking the hayloft, includes an Italian shower with extra-flat tray, a washbasin placed on a patinated piece of furniture and a toilet.
